Service Degredation
We are currently experiencing some service performance degredation affecting the Veryfi API
Scheduled database maintenance
We will be performing database maintenance and expect a short period of system interruption of up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window. During this time, requests to the API will return HTTP status 500 errors.
Increased network latencies
Our cloud service provider (AWS) is currently experiencing network latencies that are impacting our services. Some requests are currently experiencing performance degradation. The AWS team have identified the root cause and are progressing towards a full resolution.
