The issue affecting document processing performance has been resolved. All failed documents were system failed to extract data were reprocessed. Requests continued to be processed throughout. Processing times have returned to normal since 11:00 pm UTC, and we will continue to monitor.

The API is currently producing incomplete extraction results for a large portion of requests. We are investigating the issue.

We are seeing slower than usual processing times for document submissions due to a degradation with one of our services. Requests continue to be processed successfully, however some are failing. Our team is actively monitoring and will provide an update shortly.
